Sharing the story of donation and transplantation is very personal. Capturing the gratitude each tissue recipient feels towards donor families is critical to informing the public about why dontation is important.

I had the opportunity to assist with the development and implementation of the Wisconsin Donor Registry for organ, tissue and eye donation. I was an active participant on the public affairs work group of the registry launch committee. Yes, I Will Wisconsin was a very successful initiative with over 45,000 people signing up via the external website and more than 1 million at the DMV.

Donate Life Wisconsin is a coalition of organizations with a shared interest in organ, tissue and eye donation and transplantation. I chaired the Faith Based Iniatives Committee and participated in strategic planning sessions to help determine areas of focus for the state.
As a member of donation and transplantation community in Wisconsin, I've had the opportunity to participate in a variety of media-related events. This has been both in front of and behind the camera. I'm very experienced preparing subjects for interviews and speaking engagements through my work with volunteers throughout my career.
